I can't find an older version of the SPK file to downgrade. That helped I could get to my local media, but I still can't get to the Live TV channel and the drop-down for my account just says "Account Settings" and "Keyboard Shortcuts". Once I did that, I still had significant problems accessing my local media. BE CAREFUL IF YOU DO THE SAME! You must select "reclaim server" from the options and get a claim key from (there is a button that takes you there). I then uninstalled the Plex package from Synology, downloaded a fresh copy of the SPK file, and reinstalled it. I could not as it would not allow me to sign in, reporting it couldn't connect to. I SSHed into the Synology and had no problems with resolving and using curl to get the home page, so name resolution isn't the issue.Įven after signing into through my web browser, I was unable to see my server.Įventually, the server said that was unclaimed (!) and asked me to claim it. I was unable to see any content in the Live TV channel with the error "Could not connect to ". I lost connectivity to my own Plex server, but the web service for Plex was still running. I tried a test file that I uploaded earlier that uses AV1 compression. When I did the update, I was able to view my local media fine. I think they may have a significant bug in the package.
